A registered nurse with over a decade of experience, including the past three years as an Assistant Nurse Manager on a busy stroke unit. I moved to the U.S. from Turkey in 2005, and as both an immigrant and a boy mom, I understand firsthand the challenges of managing your health while juggling a full life.
Throughout my nursing career, I was always drawn to the bigger picture—how stress, lifestyle, and emotional health shape our well-being. Becoming a holistic health practitioner was a lifelong dream, and today, I help ambitious, driven women like you take control of your health by addressing the root causes of imbalance and burnout.
My mission is to support and guide you in creating sustainable habits, healing from within, and becoming the most vibrant version of yourself—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
